Each lender will compete for your business, giving us the benefit of getting lower mortgage rates than if you were to go directly through a bank. Then, once I find a range of mortgage products that I feel would suit you best, I bring the results to you for your review and help you come to a decision.

It was first conceived by a man named George Hamilton, whom of which the city is named after, after the War of 1812. In 1846, Hamilton was officially incorporated as a city. Hamilton is beautifully situated along the Niagara Peninsula and is a short drive to both Toronto and the United States border in Buffalo, NY.
The city is nicknamed the “Steel Capital of Canada” for good reason, as more than 60% of all Canada’s steel is produced in Hamilton.
